Media Deliverables 

20 X 12 MP Photographs detailing all the above including up to 10 pictures focussing on any suspected defects. 1 x 5-10 minute 4K video giving overview of property plus any suspected faults/defects with the property.   ( note ; we are not surveyors and will only film or photograph coverage of the property/roof. You will need to seek the professional opinion of a Surveyor/Roofer/Builder for further analysis)

All MEDIA is thoroughly checked for quality/quantity before it is delivered to the client/customer. As with all services that rely on 3rd party products to produce the goods or service, problems can happen. Although we always aim to get a great end result, if we cannot get the quality that we are not happy with, then we won't deliver the product and the customer would be entitled to a full refund. Drones are sometimes susceptible to interference which can affect the media output and where this is evident, we will always do our best to edit this out of the Final Cut. In the rare event there is a complaint, we would be requesting further details, such as the time stamp on the video, where the issue presents itself. We keep all original pre edited footage for review and comparison.

This Is a basic Inventory of the work that will be required from enquiry to content delivery. 

We use specially subscribed-for APPs to obtain a wealth of information, so that we can make an informed decision on whether the work can be done or not. 

Even once we decide that a job can be done, we can still run into issues on the day. 

This could be, weather conditions or unexpected air hazards that could prevent the flight from taking place. Rest assured that if this happens, we will take responsibility and reschedule or cancel to another day when conditions improve or the hazard has been mitigated.

The Minimum cost for a Property/Roof inspection, based on locality and on an average 2 bedroom Property / land Footprint area size of up to 150 meters squared, can be as little as £280.00 inc VAT

All Quotations are based on the location of the operations, the scope of work involved and the size of the inspection area. All media captured is of standard quality being 12 MP resolution Photographs and 4K HD Video quality. 

The equipment we use is capable of 48MP quality and lower quality video resolution. The Video quality can save RAW 10 bit colour grade, but this uses a high amount of memory storage.

We are still testing the various settings and functions this equipment is capable of. 

Therefore we like to keep our service simple. If you require better quality or higher quantity, we'll be happy to look into it and quote accordingly. In relation to quotes, they are based on several things ; 

1/ Distance from our Location in Kent UK 

Our Maximum distance is around a 300 mile round trip , any higher and we would generally stay local. 

2/ Property size and Area Footprint 

3/ Media required  (photograph quantity & Quality) .  Review and storing files takes time and valuable Memory. 

4/ Any other special considerations.
