Instructions for Enquiry

1   Please ALWAYS use the Enquiry Form from the Menu above and have the following information ;

2  Your Name and address & Contact e-mail/Phone Contact

3  The Project or Work requested  ( Ie ; Roof Inspection )

4   Objective         ( ie ; Suspected damage to tiles )

​

5   The exact location ; We need the postcode of the location AND either the GPS co-ordinates (Google maps or earth) OR What3Words . 

      This is Important to establish a pre plan of the operation.

6. Three preferable dates for the operation to take place (please allow a 7        day gap, due to previously planned work.

We aim to get back to you within 24 hours however this can take up to 3 days.

We can sometimes offer short notice appointments from enquiry if the operation is local and straight forward, such as search and rescue . The chat facility is probably best for urgent comms. ​​​​​​​​​​​​
