Property / Roof Inspection example

Property & Land Inspections consist of the following components under Inspection :

Roof Tiles and slates

Ridge work

Guttering

Chimney stack and surround

General construction and Aerial Overview

Media Deliverables 

20 - 40 X 12 MP Photographs detailing all the above including up to 10- 20 pictures focussing on any suspected defects. 1 x 5-10 minute 4K video giving overview of subject plus any suspected faults/defects. 

Please note : we provide an aerial inspection and not a survey. The data collected should be analysed by a qualified chartered surveyor if required.

All Quotations are based on the location of the operation, the scope of work involved and the quantity/quality of the media produced. The media captured is generally of a standard quality, being 12 MP photographs and 4K HD Video quality.

The equipment we use is capable of producing photos of up to 48MP. The equipment can also produce RAW 10 bit colour grade photography. Our Video comparison page shows two 1 minute video of different quality grades.

We are still testing the various settings and functions this equipment is capable of.

Bespoke operations 

​

Maybe you need a pilot with a drone to simply check a roof without the deliverables?

The scenario is that you have had work done and you simply need to view what has been done . You may just want a couple of photos. Our drones have the capability to stream in real time.

There may have been a storm and you are not sure if damage has been caused and you need a cost effective way to check. We would operate on a per hour basis subject to safety regulations. The work would be to visit, get the drone in the air , conduct the mission and provide the observation, sometimes, via real time streaming. 

Once the information is obtained, this would be classed as the job completed. 

We still would need to log the flight and carry out the administration, post flight, but in essence, this way of working would save time on post-content creation, thus saving on costs.
